Stay ahead in a rapidly changing world
Our monthly insights for strategic business perspectives.
We are on a sustainability journey, integrating environmental, social and governance considerations into our engineering and manufacturing operations.
At HICOM Engineering, sustainability shapes how we operate, make decisions and create long-term value.
As part of the DRB-HICOM Group, we align with the Group’s sustainability direction while focusing on efficient operations, environmental responsibility, the safety and wellbeing of our people, and responsible business practices.
Our approach is organised around the three core dimensions of sustainability and supported by the capabilities that strengthen how we operate.

We concentrate on practical areas where sustainability and operational performance come together.
These initiatives reflect practical steps toward stronger energy management, connected operations and safer workplaces.
